Command: {CHEAT | CH}
  Shows and sets the state of CHEAT
  When CHEAT is ON or 1, cheat commands are enabled.

  Note that this might cause high scores not to be recorded,
  or for campaign victories to be invalid.

Syntax:
  {CHEAT | CH} [GAME|G] [off|on|0|1]

{CHEAT | CH}
  Displays the current state of cheating:
  - The current value of CHEAT, and
  - Whether the current game is invalid because of cheating.

{CHEAT | CH} {off | 0}
  Disables cheat commands, only if you are the host of the game.
  Note that if a game has involved cheating, it might be invalid.

{CHEAT | CH} {on | 1}
  Enables cheat commands, only if it is allowed in the game

{CHEAT | CH} {GAME|G} {off | 0} *
  Available only to the host player, or in a single player game.
  Disables use of CHEAT [off|on|0|1] by all players.

{CHEAT | CH} {GAME|G} {on | 1} *
  Available only to the host player, or in a single player game.
  Enables use of CHEAT by any other players in the game.
